Last Monday and Tuesday, four experts visited Le Rosey to help shape the school’s 10-year vision and strategy. Over two days of intense discussions, several key themes emerged: the importance of the school’s guiding statement, “Actis Virtus,” the value of kindness, the development of adaptability, and the cultivation of knowledgeable and critical thinkers. 

We also must carefully consider which competencies we want our students to develop and how to structure our curriculum and extracurricular offerings to support this. For example, we have already begun implementing the Cores in sports, arts, and technology to promote teamwork and collaboration.   

These ideas will be further developed over the coming months, shared with the community, and incorporated into the final 10-year strategy.
